To strengthen and build a strong, recognizable name that reflects our technology, our people and our ambitions, we are looking for a Communications, Community & Employer Branding Manager, to help enable our organization to fulfill our ambitions and plans.

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping how ASMPT Netherlands products and corporate brand are seen, heard and experienced, both inside and outside the organization, online and offline. You will bring together communications, employer branding, marketing, talent positioning and regional stakeholder relations to strengthen our reputation as an innovative technology company, attractive employer and valued regional business partner. From engaging employees and bringing our strategy to life, to building strong relationships with educational institutions and the regional business ecosystem, you will turn ideas and revolutionary product developments into meaningful communication and connections.

You will have a high degree of autonomy and ownership, with the freedom to shape the role and take initiatives. You will combine being a strategic advisor and a hands-on professional, working closely with local business management and HR, and corporate marketing and communications. You will spot opportunities, connect the dots and translate business priorities and external trends into impactful communication, employer branding and stakeholder initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boost our products – Develop communication materials, presentations, brochures and digital content and media. Leveraging and aligned with our strong ASMPT corporate strategy and guidelines.
• Shape our story – Develop a strong, consistent image that brings ASMPT Netherlands’ strategy, technology and identity to life.
• Connect our people – Lead engaging internal communications that keep employees informed, connected and excited about where we are heading.
• Build our employer brand – Position ASMPT Netherlands as an attractive employer and increase our visibility among key technical and professional talent.
• Attract future talent – Build meaningful, long-term partnerships with universities, colleges and other educational institutions to strengthen our talent pipeline.
• Be part of the ecosystem – Build and nurture a strong network across the regional technology, business and labor-market community.
• Make events matter – Create and leverage events that bring people together, strengthen our employer brand and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
